Samatha Stosur

Samatha Stosur is a professional Australian tennis player. She was born on March 30, 1984. She is well known for her serve, she has a fast kick serve. Her first serve regularly reaches more than 190 km/h (118 mph). Her second, a high bouncing kick serve, is highly rated as being the best second serve in the women's game. The only thing that Stosur changed iher serve thanks to her coach David Taylor, her serve has been less predictable with Stosur sometimes, she uses her kick serve as first serves. Her good serving motion has helped her overhead smashes and she rarely misses those shots. Her favorite court to play on is hard-court and her least favorite court is grass because her biggest weapons (top-spin forehand & kick-serve) are not very effective on the grass court. Stosur weakness is handling the pressure of playing major matches. But, she has shown great improvement in these areas, and the weaknesses are seen less frequently now. Stosur is an amazing tennis player, with her serve it will be really hard to beat her.

Tournaments

Hello my readers, today I'm going to talk about tournaments. Tournaments are awesome it tells you what level your in and it lets you compete with different people. Tournaments is a way to show people what you can do. So in tournaments if you show aggression, good format, speed, power, and  skill your opponent will be scared of you and lose right away. Many mistakes that you are having in a tournament is anger, like my coach says "its not that she won its that you lost" which means you make so much simple mistakes that you are giving her the match. To prevent from that, you have to keep your cool show that your are not going to give up, if you show that you are mad that builds their self esteem, but you have to be patient soon your opponent will be the one who will be making mistakes. Another mistake people may have when they have their tournament or match is they are worrying to much! Remember its just a game so have fun, if you keep thinking to yourself that you are going lose you will definitely lose. Think happy thoughts think out a strategy that you will be using to win. Also, keep saying to yourself "I'm going to win" "I'm going to win!" Tournaments are very important its when you have to work extra hard, and try to win every point, but most of all its to show that you will never give up.

He is one of the people who won many Grand Slams all over the world. Nadal has won eleven Grand Slam singles titles, including an all-time record seven French Open titles, and the 2008 Olympic gold medal in singles. Nadal was No. 1 2008-2010. He won every grand slam that has the court clay through 2005-2012. People call him "The King of Clay" because the red clay is soft it helps his slices get lots of spin. Good Advice

Hello my tennis readers, today I am going to talk about training. This is the advice I will give you for training:
1. Always try your best!
You always have to try your best because if you don't you are just wasting your time. At training your building up, showing yourself and everybody else what you can do.
2. Always be positive.
If you show other people that you are upset or down that will give them more power. Also, your letting yourself down, you are stressing yourself which will give you negative attention.
3. Take a break.
Sometime when you play tennis you will be tired. Take a little break, you have to catch your breath to gather your energy back. Stretch, it really helps when your muscles are burning or when they are soar. Take some water and a energy bar to refresh yourself. Always take a minute or two to just get your energy for the next time you play.
4. Have FUN!!!
The most important thing about tennis is to enjoy it. Have a great time when you play. Don't think this as waste of your time because its not. Look deep into this sport and then you will realize how exciting it actually is.
